A ducktail spoiler, also called a duckbill spoiler, is a short, upswept lip at the trailing edge of the trunk lid. It gives the car a sharper side profile and finishes the rear end without the look of a tall wing.
Every Clinched ducktail is designed for one specific car, so it follows the trunk lid's own lines. Some designs go further: the Challenger ducktail extends into the rear quarter panels for a clean line from side to side, the BMW E92 ducktail comes with the BMW emblem relocated, and the Audi A7 ducktail is made in two parts to sit over the car's retractable stock spoiler.
All our ducktails are made from ABS plastic and come ready for prep and paint. Depending on the car, they mount with the included hardware and rubber gasket or with urethane adhesive. Each product page lists exactly what's included.
