WARRANTY, RETURNS & DAMAGES:
We guarantee all products against manufacturers’ defects within 30 days of purchase. We will gladly exchange the defective part through an RMA process. Our shipping & receiving department does not accept packages without return authorization number. Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned package and obtain an RMA number prior to shipping any parts back to us.
- Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition, and returned to us in the original packaging.
- We will not accept returns for refund after 30 days.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless there’s a manufacturing defect.
- There is no warranty on the installed parts. This includes “test fitment”. Installed parts are not returnable.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees.
- All shipping damage must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery. NO damage claim will be honored or investigated after 7 days of shipment’s delivery.
