SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

How much is it going to cost to have the product shipped to my country?

Our online store will automatically calculate your shipping rate based on your destination. Just before payment, when you adding shipping info it will show shipping cost.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We can ship to any country in the world.

What's your handling time?

All orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (sometimes earlier).You will be sent an email with tracking information once your order ships out. Any possible delays in this process will be communicated to you.

Will you send me a tracking number?

Yes, we will email you a tracking number when your order ships. Please contact us if you have not received your tracking.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. (cards testing at the moment)

ORDERS 

Can I modify my order?

Possibly. Please email us ASAP and we’ll modify your order as long as it hasn’t shipped out.

Warranty and returns

Our products are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects.

All return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.

Can you sponsor me?

Unfortunately the answer to this question is almost always ‘no’. We are a small company and have very limited stock. As much as we would love to sponsor everyone that asks, we are simply unable to.

Can you give me a discount?

No. We are very nice people, but we cannot give you a discount simply because you asked.
